A classic 45 minute, equipment-free yoga session
This class is designed to be accessible for people who are new to yoga, but with adaptations for those who want to push their practise further. Designed for the office worker, these sessions combine gentle flows designed to mobilise alongside some holds to improve the mind-body connection and really take time to themselves. Participants should be happy to perform the sessions on the floor, or bring their own mat.

The best of our yoga session adapted for virtual delivery
A faster-paced version of our yoga session designed to invigorate and be accessible when delivered virtually. Moves are simplified and specific instructions and form cues provided to accommodate for not being able to see the participants.
