Our signature 45 minute in-office strength and mobility class
Requiring nothing more than a table or chair, and enough space to lie down, these low-impact sessions are designed to be challenging without working up a sweat. With many of us being seated and desk-bound for much of the day, these sessions target parts of the body that are neglected and incorporate functional movements with strength and mobility exercises. All exercises provided have modifications for those who are starting their fitness journey, as well as advanced modifications for any employees who want to push hard.
