Our signature 45-minute resistance band class, created by our co-founder Alex, transforms the office environment into a complete gym experience. Leveraging his background in calisthenics and personal training, this class uses lightweight, portable resistance bands to counteract the muscular imbalances caused by prolonged sitting.
